2025: Scored his first goal as a Timber against MNUFC on July 19... Earned his first regular season start for Portland on May 24 at Orlando... Made his debut for the Timbers on April 27 against LA Galaxy.
CAREER:
2024-2025 (COL): Joined Colorado ahead of the 2024 season and tallied two goals and five assists in 41 regular season appearances (19 starts) for the Rapids.... Fernandez helped Colorado to a third-place finish in the 2024 Leagues Cup.
2019-2023 (NYRB): Played five seasons for the Red Bulls (2019-2023), where he logged 15 goals and 13 assists in 112 appearances (59 starts).... signed his first professional contract with the Red Bulls as a Homegrown player in 2019.... featured for the Red Bulls II as well as their U-23 squad after coming up through their academy system.
COLLEGE (Wake Forest): played two years of collegiate soccer for Wake Forest from 2017-2018, where he registered 18 goals and 11 assists in 44 appearances (20 starts). While with the Deamon Deacons, Fernandez was a 2018 MAC Hermann Trophy Semifinalist, 2018 ACC Offensive Player of the Year and First Team All-American (2018).
