PORTLAND, Ore. – Timbers2 earned a 2-1 victory against Cascadia rival Tacoma Defiance at Providence Park on Sunday evening. Notably, it marked T2’s third straight win and fourth in their last five matches. Reo Revaldo scored in his second straight match, followed by Alex Moreno’s game-winning free kick. With the win, T2 (4-4-2, 15 pts) moved up to seventh place in the Western Conference. T2 goes on the road next to play St. Louis City2 on Friday, May 23, at 5 p.m. (Pacific).
