With the 2022 World Cup kicking off in Qatar, predictions about who will take home the crown are everywhere. We asked the Portland Timbers players and staff for their thoughts on the tournament.
27 Timbers took our survey (13 players, 13 team coaches and staff members, and one former player by the name of Diego Valeri). Overall, a slim majority of them agreed that Brazil will win the tournament (51.8%). But not everyone who picked them wants them to win, as it turned out.Â
