He goes up against defender Brad Rusin of the Vancouver Whitecaps who denied the LA Galaxy's Hector Jimenez by clearing his header off the line.
New York Red Bulls 'keeper Luis Robles, who won MLS Save of the Week in Week 17, was nominated for a second straight week. Clint Irwin of the Colorado Rapids is seeking his second MLS Save of the Week award, while the Chicago Fire's Paolo Tornaghi is looking for his first honor.
