Portland is unbeaten in its last 10 matches (4-0-6), dating back to June 18, 2022 – the longest active unbeaten streak in MLS. It also marks the club’s longest unbeaten streak since the 2018 season (15).

The Timbers have nine goal scorers with two or more goals each this season (Jaroslaw Niezgoda, Sebastián Blanco, Santiago Moreno, Bill Tuiloma, Dairon Asprilla, Yimmi Chara, Cristhian Paredes, Nathan Fogaça, Marvin Loría). Only Austin FC and LAFC have more (10).

As a second half substitute on Aug. 6 against FC Dallas, Marvin Loría led the Timbers in shots (5) and shots on goal (3), going on to tallying the game-tying goal. Loría is just the third player to record five or more shots in a match this year for Portland (Loría, Blanco, Fogaça).

Sebastián Blanco appeared in his 150th career MLS regular season match on Aug. 6 against Dallas. He became the fifth player in club history to feature in at least 150 career matches for Portland (Diego Chara, Diego Valeri, Darlington Nagbe, Jack Jewsbury).
