PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland Timbers midfielder Diego Valeri was announced as the Week 3 winner of “MLS Idle: Soccer’s Hidden Talents” after his rendition of the Timbers Army’s “Bella Ciao” chant alongside his daughter Connie. With Valeri’s victory, the Oregon Food Bank will receive a $1,000 donation from MLS WORKS.

“MLS Idle: Soccer’s Hidden Talents” is a weekly live show that reveals the hidden non-soccer talents of MLS players that lets fans vote for their favorite performances. As a part of MLS Idle, MLS WORKS will make a $1,000 donation in honor of each weekly winner to a local charity designated by his club.
