After a scoreless first half, substitute forward Danielle Foxhoven opened up the scoring in the 70th minute. Captain and Canadian international Christine Sinclair made it 2-0 in the 81st minute and goalkeeper Karina LeBlanc stood tall to help produce a clean sheet in Chicago.
