CBS Mornings' Jamie Yuccas brought her "Changing the Game" series to chat with Portland Timbers Head Athletic Trainer Stephanie Ludwig about being a leader in the sport as one of only two female athletic trainers in Major League Soccer. Yuccas also talks with Ludwig's crosstown colleague, Jessica Cohen, who is the athletic trainer for the Portland Trail Blazers and the only female athletic trainer in the NBA. As the piece explains, with 45% of all athletic trainers being women, but so few in lead trainer positions, Ludwig and Cohen are breaking glass ceilings.

When Yuccas asked Ludwig about a phrase on the wall of the Timbers Training Center that said, "Work every day the way you want to be remembered," Ludwig answered by saying, "I want to be remembered as someone who works really hard and comes to work every single day to not only do my best but maximize someone else's best."
