#StatMan Three | Longtime Timbers player Lawrence Olum delivers the game-tying goal

For the fourth time in five all-time matches at Gillette Stadium, the Portland Timbers secured a 1-1 road draw against the New England Revolution. Here are three key #StatMan takeaways from #NEvPOR. 


2/8 The only current Timbers player who played with the club in the USL, Lawrence Olum delivered the game-tying goal in the 70th minute. Olum has now scored eight goals all-time for Portland with two coming in MLS play. 


26 With Diego Valeri not in the lineup, defender Zarek Valentin is now the only Timbers player to have have played in all 26 matches this season. After coming on as a substitute in the first match of the season, Valentin has now started 25 consecutive MLS matches. 


28 Goalkeeper Steve Clark made his Timbers debut in the match, coming on as a second-half substitute. Clark is the 28th different player to play for Portland this season.
