PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers today announced that the team’s “By The Numbers” video highlighting Stand Together Week was selected as a bronze winner by the CLIO Sports Awards.
The video was created to show the impact Stand Together Week has had on the greater Portland community since its inception in 2011. Click above to watch the video.
This year was the first year of the CLIO Sports Awards with more than 700 entries in various categories such as audio, design, video/film and public relations and a total of 174 winners receiving either a gold, silver or bronze award.
The CLIO Awards launched CLIO Sports, the newest global awards program, in its milestone 55th anniversary year. It includes two types of recognition; in addition to the Brand Innovation Award, CLIO Sports Awards are given to athletes, leagues and associations, media and news outlets, teams, and brands that have produced exemplary creative work that pushes boundaries and demonstrates ahead-of-the-curve thinking.
