PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers today announced that the club will to be conducting an additional fan axe photo shoot on Friday, March 20, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Pacific) at Providence Park.
The free photo shoot is open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fans are asked to enter through the Providence Sports Care Center on the southeast corner of the stadium on 18th Ave.
Props will be provided at the photo shoots, but additional items are welcome as long as they are appropriate and adhere to stadium policies. Approximately two weeks from the shoot date, photos will be loaded onto a Flickr album and participants will receive an alert via email when their free photos are available for download.
More than 3,000 people participated in the popular fan axe photo shoot over four days last month in celebration of the club’s fifth year in Major League Soccer and 40th anniversary in Portland.
