Club honors 11 graduating seniors at halftime of win over St. Louis CITY SC
It’s graduation season. As high school seniors wrap up their final classes and prep caps and gowns, the Portland Timbers, too, celebrated their Academy Class of 2025.
At halftime of their 2-1 win against St. Louis CITY SC, the Timbers recognized a dozen graduating seniors, who recently concluded their final season with the Timbers Academy.

- Max Eisenberg (Portland, Ore.)
- Xavier Garcia (Hillsboro, Ore.)
- Eric Izoita (Vancouver, Wash.)
- Callum Lugton (Portland, Ore.)
- Brice Miller (Dallas, Texas)
- Maximo Nystrom (Portland, Ore.)
- Hudson Tate (Portland, Ore.)
- D’kaprio Tejeda (Wilsonville, Ore.)
- Keenan VanPelt (Portland, Ore.)
Eleven of the 12 members of the Academy Class of 2025 were on the Timbers U-15s’ Generation adidas Cup-winning side in 2022 – Beck, Bromert, Carlson, Eisenberg, Garcia, Izota, Lugton, Nystrom, Tate, Tejeda, and VanPelt.
For many in this group, it is on to their collegiate careers with commitments to the University of Portland, Oregon State University, Stanford, Syracuse, University of Denver and others.
