It's been quite the year for Caleb Porter.
This time last year he was being announced as the new head coach of the Portland Timbers.
Today, he has a team that has never made the playoffs within three points of the top of the Western Conference heading into Sunday's Cascadia Cup clash with Seattle Sounders FC (7 pm PT, ESPN2).
