Former USMNT veteran, occasional Timbers soccer analyst, friend to the Timbers Army and general soccer man-about-town Jimmy Conrad hosts a new series with KICKTV that takes a look at this summer's World Cup Group G. With the U.S. set in the group along with Germany, Portugal and Ghana, Conrad traveled to each of the countries to explore the soccer cultures within.
In this first episode, Conrad finds himself in Nürnberg, site of Conrad's own World Cup debut in 2006 when the U.S. lost to Ghana 2-1.
As his journey continues, he'll eventually visit our own Soccer City, USA to get a feel for the unique American experience Portland Timbers game presents. But for now, join Conrad for episode one.
