With his two goals tonight, midfielder Santiago Moreno scored his first career brace. In the MLS era, Portland has tallied 52 braces with four coming in 2022: Moreno, Jaroslaw Niezgoda, Sebastián Blanco and Nathan Fogaça. Since entering the league in 2011, the Timbers have yet to have a hat trick in MLS play.
